I like to line my pan with tin foil to prevent the edge of the brownie from burning |
4 cups butter (melt in pan) add
1 cup semi sweet choc chips-melt, than add
6 eggs. slightly beaten, add
1 tabsp. decaf instant coffee
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla , mix well
add the dry ingredients of:
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour than stir in
2 cups roughly chopped pecan
Mix all the above well, then add peanut butter ( 1 cup) see photos)
use knife and swirl around |
should look like the above after swirling |
enjoy and pretend you are in heaven for each mouthful while eating sinful brownies |
